Silkyfun ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. This website is intended for customers aged 18 and over.

What we collect. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored by us. When you browse, we automatically collect device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it. To process and ship your order, take payment, provide support, prevent fraud, send order updates, and — where you have opted in — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers we need to run the store: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our payment provider, shipping carriers, our email and marketing tools, and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

Privacy of your order. We understand that your order is private. Our name does not appear on the outside of your parcel, and no product information is visible from outside. We do not share your purchase history with anyone outside the providers listed above.

Cookies and analytics. We use cookies to run the cart and checkout, remember your preferences, and measure traffic — including Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the store may not work without them.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@silkyfun.com and we will respond within 30 days. We keep order records for as long as we need them for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

Children. This store is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact support@silkyfun.com and we will delete it.

Data location and security. Your information is processed in China and in the countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work only with reputable processors.

Changes. We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page.
